    We can defined your field using the same shape files that your equipment's GPS uses, or we can use county parcel maps to outline the mapping area

  • FLY

    Once your field is outlined, we load the parameters into one of our Matrice 400 drones and fly an autonomous imaging flight to collect the images necessary to create your map.

  • CREATE

    Drone images are uploaded and TerraClear's AI creates a map that includes exact rock size and location and optimized picking routes.

  • PICK

    Using the TerraClear app and the AI generated optimized picking route, pick the rocks matching your size criteria.

Image resolution

Our drones collect images at 0.50 GSD, which equates to 5mm, or about the size of a pencil eraser, per screen pixel resolution.

Rock images

Each detected rock is visible on your map with a corresponding GPS coordinate and picture.

Rock filtering

When viewing the map and picking route, you can filter detected rocks from as little as 8-inches, allowing you to pick the rocks that are most problematic for your field.

Cost

The cost of the image collection and the TerraClear map is less than the cost to DIY with your own drone and much less than the cost to repair header damage from rocks.

RAGWEED MAPPING

Staying ahead of ragweed outbreaks is critcal. A single seedpod can spread thousands of seeds, creating problems not just for this season.

Following the same process as rock mapping, giant ragweed mapping identifies the exact location of weed hotspots, allowing you to mitigate quickly.

As with rock mapping, your weed map includes the exact cluster location and is sharable with your crew.
